The first time I watched this was about two weeks into my journey snowboarding (6 trips to my local hill, about 20 hours) & my first thought was “Take me with you! I gotta do this freestyle thing! But not from a heli.”
After hour 79, eight weeks to the day, spending the last 20 hours on Black only, & hearing “I’d take you on any mountain, any run with me” from Vince & Chris, my local hill’s top snowboard instructor & a former pro snowboarder, respectively, I thought, “This mountain doesn’t seem too steep.”
Did you see the mountain smiling like, “Finally somebody is getting shifty air off a chute then maybe doing a backside 3 off one of my spines!”
Shred Pow just might be the fountain of youth
